The ongoing drama between Mauricio Umansky and Lala Kent has taken an unexpected turn, with Umansky calling out Kent for her recent behavior on her podcast, Untraditionally Lala. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star and real estate mogul took to TMZ to address Kent's claims, which he vehemently denies.
Umansky's message to Kent was a response to her public comments about his separation from Kyle Richards. In her podcast, Kent mentioned Umansky's split from Richards, and Umansky decided to reach out to her. However, Kent alleged that she never opened or read Umansky's message, which he strongly refutes.
In a heated exchange, Umansky stated, 'She’s such a f*cking liar it’s not even funny, dude. Like, really? I was thinking about actually posting the post. But I’m gonna tell you, she’s a liar.' He explained that his message was a lengthy one, and the coffee invitation was at the end, implying that Kent must have read it to know about the invitation.
'I did message her because she was talking sht and I said, “Hey, you wanna talk sht about me, I’ll fcking talk to you,”' Umansky said. 'And she said in the podcast she never opened the text. The last word on my text, and it’s a long text, says, “Let’s have coffee.” And in her podcast, she says, “I invited you to have coffee.” The only way that she knew that I invited her to have a coffee is if she would’ve opened the fcking text.'
Umansky's reaction highlights a deeper issue in the world of reality TV, where personal interactions and messages can be scrutinized and misrepresented. He expressed his frustration with Kent's public comments, stating, 'I don’t want to talk sht about her, but that’s fcking bullsh*t, man.'
This incident underscores the challenges of maintaining privacy and authenticity in the public eye, especially within the competitive and often dramatic world of reality television. As the drama continues, fans will be left to decide who is telling the truth and who is engaging in public relations maneuvering.
